We ship to all corners of the nation (excluding the Northern Territory) and have warehouses in most states, allowing us to deliver faster than many competitors. We use trusted couriers such as StarTrack, Australia Post, Toll and Couriers Please, so you can be confident your order is in safe hands.

All items are fully trackable. Every customer receives an email with their tracking slip so you can follow the progress of your consignment at any time.

Our Shipping Structure is Simple

Consumables
This includes toner, ink, drums, labels, fusers, spare parts, cables, paper and small non-hardware items. Flat rate of $9.95 per consumables-only order, anywhere in Australia (excluding the Northern Territory). No matter how large your order is, you’ll only ever pay $9.95.

Printing Devices
Hardware delivery is $19.95 per item, including printers, multifunctions, scanners, label makers and trays, within Australia excluding the Northern Territory. Freight is charged by quantity: three printers cost $59.85 in delivery. If your order includes hardware and consumables, you pay hardware freight only, with no extra $9.95 charge. Each additional hardware item adds $19.95. Check the total delivery charge at checkout before paying.

Shipping Insurance
At GetBrother.com.au, shipping insurance is included FREE OF CHARGE on all orders. Unlike many competitors, we don’t charge extra. If something goes missing in transit, you’ll be fully covered for peace of mind.

We pride ourselves on fast and efficient dispatch. In many cases, if your order is placed in the morning, it will leave our warehouse the same day and may even arrive that day*.

Please note: During peak seasons such as Christmas, delivery times may vary. As we use third-party couriers, once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery is outside our direct control.
