At GetBrother.com.au, we want your Brother printer running smoothly. All warranty claims must be handled directly with Brother Australia. As an authorised reseller, we can’t replace or repair items without their approval.

Here’s how to get started:
1. Visit www.brother.com.au/support.
2. Use the Live Chat option (Monday–Friday, business hours).
3. A Brother support agent will help troubleshoot.
4. If needed, they’ll provide you with a case number.

That case number is your key for us to assist further with your claim. Please also keep your proof of purchase handy, as Brother may request it.

Once you have your case number, send it to us and we’ll help with the next steps.
